Working 1:1 enables the space, duration, safety, and conditions for us to work in an ultra-personalised way, addressing your unique painpoints, blocks, objectives, and desires.
When we are witnessed and supported in process, dropping into the “feminine” role of receptivity while someone safely and skillfully (the facilitator) holds the “masculine” presence, we are able to drop into a much deeper level of surrender and openness.
As a result, we accelerate, expand, and deepen our healing and transformational outcomes compared to working only in a self-guided capacity or within group work where many energetically hold themselves back at the subconscious level.

Each session is individualised and may bring in a range of core practices, exercises, and techniques depending on your focus and what naturally arises as we explore and work with your intention.
While I work intuitively, using all my holistic healing tools and abilities, the focus of our 1:1 session will be predominantly Kundalini Bodywork & Kundalini Activation practices and techniques.
