Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation is based on the ancient wisdom of a 5,000-year-old tradition originating in India. It uses mantra (assigned to the individual) to lure the mind into a deep silence and stillness, or states referred to as pure awareness and bliss consciousness.

Vedic Meditation works by de-exciting the nervous system and mind. From this place fatigue and stresses are naturally and progressively cleared from the body, facilitating a deep rest and restoration that is on average 2-5 times deeper than sleep! Learn more about Vedic Meditation here.

Biodelic Awakening Meditation

Sync your biology to organic time by connecting to the two most fundamental forces and influencers on our health and vitality. Learn the most powerful way to shift and improve your neurotransmitters, metabolism, fertility, immune system, sleep, microbiome, and mitochondria.

Kundalini Meditation

Awaken the supreme force, and clear your physical and energetic body of stresses and tensions, through a balance of conscious movement and stillness. This style is great for when you don’t feel like a seated practice and want someone more dynamic and embodied.

Dreamy Regenerative Meditation

A soft and slow meditative breathing practice for deep nervous system regeneration and restoration. You’ll turn to this 12-15min practice when you need to recharge and reboot your system. It drops us into the aquatic layer of the nervous system - a field of quantum womb consciousness - gently opening our oracular sensing and feeling capacities.

Heart-Brain Coherence Meditation

According to research from the HeartMath Institute and independent biophysicists, the heart’s magnetic field is about 100 times stronger electrically and up to 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain’s. This meditation leverages the incredible harmonsing power of the heart, supporting heart-brain coherence and emotional balance.

Tantric Technique

We’ll layer in foundational Tantric & Yogic breathwork practices to purify the main energy channels, balance the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, and raise sexual energy (jing) to upper centres in just 5mins a day. These additions can be included to support physical vitality and inner harmony.

The Being Meditation Course is Divided into 2 Parts

Part 1 - Vedic Meditation Initiation (3hrs)

Part 2 - Multi Meditation Mastery (3hrs)

Part 1 covers the core teachings of the traditional Vedic Meditation format in a condensed format.

Part 2 covers the additional meditation styles underpinned by foundational insights into the nervous system, body maps, and chronobiology science.

You can choose to register for parts 1 and 2 of the workshop together (in any order), or complete just one part.

It is recommended to join the complete workshop to receive the full teaching experience (unless you have already been initiated into Vedic Meditation or TM with a personal mantra - then part 2 is sufficient).

Each part of the workshop will equip you with the necessary information and technique/s to immediately begin a powerful meditation practice.
