Learn Foundational Practices for Lifelong Pelvic Health

Among a small group of women you’ll learn three powerful pelvic exercises designed to reawaken the bones, pelvic floor, and vaginal canal — restoring strength, tone, and responsiveness.

The bodywork practices you’ll be guided through draw on over 40 years of research-informed knowledge in modern anatomy and pelvic health, blending science with embodied awareness.

The Pelvic Exercises Covered:

  • Enhance sexual function, sensitivity, and pleasure by improving circulation and neuromuscular connection through the pelvis.

  • Prepare your body for the seasons of motherhood, intelligently prepare the pelvic muscles for birth, and support postpartum recovery.

  • Support bladder control and help prevent incontinence by strengthening the muscles that stabilise the pelvic floor.

  • Reduce the risk of pelvic organ prolapse and improve symptoms of existing pelvic floor dysfunction.
