  • Part 1: Awakening the Bones & Feminine Frequency

    We begin by exploring the key elements of the anatomical structure of the pelvis, starting at the roots… your bones, an often ignored and forgotten part of the body.


    As we journey into fascinating layers of the body through physical exercises we begin to open a portal to journeying into the shamanic realms, where we receive information on the more subtle energetic level.

    What follows is a powerful session of Kundalini Bodywork (focusing on the root and sacral chakra) - an energetic experience that supports us to let go of unprocessed feelings, old templates, and physical tensions in the body, while activating and balancing the flow of lifeforce energy.

    During Kundalini Bodywork one can experience anything from energetic sensations, emotional resolution, spinal flow, spontaneous movement, vivid visuals, and mystical / bliss states.

    As contractions and knots in the body dissolve with time, you start to resensitise to pleasure and sensation.

  • Part 2: Awakening the Pelvic Floor, Canal, & Inner Oracle

    In Part 2 you will learn how to further reawaken this sacred area with pelvic floor exercises that you can continue for lifelong strengthening, toning, and dexterity.

    Such exercises are crucial for strengthening muscles supporting your bladder, bowel, and uterus, preventing issues like incontinence, improving sexual function, aiding postpartum recovery, preventing pelvic organ prolapse, and managing symptoms from aging or chronic conditions like coughing.

    The bodywork practices you’ll be guided through are based on 40+ years of research-based knowledge in the field of modern anatomy and pelvic health.

    We close with a shamanic dream journey, a long-forgotten practice of the feminine mysteries, where we descend into the mystical parts of our individual and collective psyche, tapping into archetypal insights and messages.

    Here you are guided into an inner journey, reawakening hidden dimensions of your awareness encoded in the body and womb.
